Women+ in Concentrated Solar is starting a mentorship program for women and other underrepresented genders in the concentrated solar sector. Our goal is to help our mentees (of underrepresented gender identities) build confidence, grow as professionals and reach their full potential.
2023 campaign
Phase 1 – Mentor recruitment & database
First mentors can register (all gender identities welcome).
Mentors are expected to meet virtually with their mentee(s) once a month for 4 months. Higher frequency can be decided at the discretion of paired mentors and mentees.
Our 2023 mentor recruitment closed on Nov 3.
Phase 2 – Mentee recruitment & pairing
Nov 6 – 30: mentees are invited to sign up. They will be matched with mentors according to their respective areas of expertise and professional needs and expectations.
Mentees and mentor placements will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
Connections were made by December 15. The kickoff meeting was organized on December 21 @ 6 pm CET to give more details about how to proceed. You can watch the replay on our YouTube channel.
