We created the Women+ in Concentrated Solar group in 2022 to support the inclusion and success of underrepresented genders in the concentrated solar technologies sector, from academia to industry and policy.

We aim at attracting and empowering underrepresented genders at all levels, to develop their skills and expertise, and equip them to become leaders in accelerating the world energy transition toward renewables.
